About Us

Manohar Bakery was started by our great grandfather Shri Harichand Gulati about 60 years ago, on his son Shri Manohar Lal Gulati's name in a small town of Ferozepur, Punjab.

We are one of the oldest and biggest baked product manufacturers in our town. With the blessings and hard work of our grandparents, we have expanded over the years from one manufacturing unit to three units in Ferozepur and multiple locations across Canada.

The key to our success is healthy products made fresh with the best ingredients. We have products for diabetic people, people allergic to wheat, and more. We are also the only manufacturers of mouth watering rusks and various khaari products in Canada.

The products we offer are completely egg-free and trans fat-free. We offer 16 flavors in cakes and pastries — more than any other vegetarian bakery in Canada. We also offer 26 different kinds of freshly baked cookies with unique taste.

All our muffins are made from scratch with fresh ingredients such as bananas, carrots, blueberries. Our Indian style patties are unique in taste and freshly baked. We don't use any chemicals or preservatives in any of our products.
